The S95C is (apparently) able to get a bit brighter in HDR Game Mode compared to the S90C, but I've read a lot of reports stating that people are suffering from signal drop-out issues revolving around the S95C's One Connect Box. Black raise is definitely a thing, screen coating makes blacks look a little gray if there is direct sunlight on tv, however I think think s90c is great at muting reflections and together with higher brightness is a better viewing experience than glossy woled because even though they can keep pure black in daylight it becomes pure mirror so I would take raised blacks everyday. Debating if I should save 350$ and get the s89c , since it’ll definitely be better than the x90k 75inch i had on the wall and only enjoy QD OLED in my room.
